This policy explains the cookies and similar browser storage that KhumoHub Inventory and POS uses, why we use them, and how you can change your choice. It supports our POPIA notice and privacy policy.
Strictly necessary (always on)
These keep you signed in, hold your till, drawer and offline sale queue on the device, and remember display settings such as theme and text size. The app cannot work without them, so they are set as soon as you use it and are not subject to consent under section 11 of POPIA.
Payment
When you open the subscription checkout, Paddle.com (our Merchant of Record) sets cookies needed to process the payment and to protect against fraud. These are only set when you start a checkout.
Optional error monitoring
With your consent we load Sentry, which records crashes and technical errors so we can fix them. It does not build an advertising profile and we do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. If you decline, error monitoring is not loaded at all.
Changing your choice
Your choice is stored on your own device. Clear your browser's site data for KhumoHub to be asked again, or email support@khumohub.com and we will action the change for you.
